Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
Food diary analysis
Follow ups consultations (45 minutes, in person but can also be by phone, Skype or FaceTime)
Coaching sessions (15, 30 or 45 minutes - depending you your needs, in person or via phone, Skype or FaceTime)
Ongoing 1-1 support throughout the programme
Motivation, accountability and support to reach your health goal
Information pack containing Zest4life Nutrition Success Formula booklet, meal ideas, recipes, shopping lists, eating plans, handouts and worksheets
Kitchen cabinets makeover/cleanse, easy and quick cooking demo, trip to your local supermarket, health food shop or farmer's markets (included only in the Premium Programme)
